We know there is so much to think about when you start planning your wedding or event, so our wedding planners and delivery teams have put their knowledge and experience together to create some top tips and tools to help make this planning a whole lot easier.
How can I see an overview of my event?
The Venue has a unique customer portal called The Hub. Here every single detail regarding your events and bookings is stored so you can see the progress of your planning journey at any time with your own unique login.
How many guests can I have at my wedding?
Our venue is easily divided to enlarge or contract, generally, our wedding parties are around 80+ for day guests and up to 350 guests for dancing the night away.
Please note; minimum numbers are based on adults-only.
Do you welcome and cater for children?
Yes, children are more than welcomed at our venue – so much so, we created our own packages for them to eat, relax, play and have fun
– ask your designer for details.
Can I have my wedding ceremony at
the venue?
Yes, we have a dedicated licensed ceremony area inside The Venue, complete with beautiful aisle, pews, music and a ceremony table and we have a unique garden ceremony area with stage, outside seating, and a garden room for signing the register.
Is there an option to get married outside
at the venue?
Yes, outdoor ceremonies are allowed in our Eden Garden weather permitting and will be confirmed by your Event Manager on the day of the wedding at 11am via a telephone call.
What kind of ceremonies/celebrant
can we have?
We allow all different types of ceremonies and celebrants. You can find out more via our Wedding Ceremonies page.
Can we provide our own catering?
No, all our wedding packages include catering therefore we do not allow outside catering in The Venue. Our catering options are prepared on-site by our partner caterers in our on-site kitchen. You’ll be invited to a menu tasting before your big day so we can showcase the wonder of our delicious dishes. Find out more via our Food and Drink page.
Is there accommodation at the venue?
We do not have accommodation in the venue; however, we can supply a list of local accommodation.
How much is my deposit?
The deposit is 35% of your booking value. The second payment is then due 9 months before the wedding which is another 35% of the booking value and the final balance is then paid 12 weeks before the wedding with final numbers.
Do we get use of the whole venue?
Yes, the hire in our packages are exclusive use of the whole venue including the Eden Garden.
Can you help with/do you have a list of suppliers?
Yes. We have a voucher book that will be given to you upon booking the venue. This book include discount for all our recommended suppliers.
Can we have our pet in the venue?
No, we do not allow pets inside the venue due to health and safety legislation.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue is all on one level meaning it is fully wheelchair accessible, we also have an accessible toilet in the main reception of the venue.
What time does the bar close?
Last orders are taken at 12:30am and the bar closes at 12:45am. Guests will then depart at 1am.
